Insurance Information

At Aloe & Carr, PA we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with your insurance for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date. We are participants with the following insurance companies:
Delta Dental     United Concordia     Nemours    Medicaid     Fidelio     Principal     CIGNA
 
We will accept payment from insurance companies that we are not participants with, as long as your insurance company will pay providers out of network. An estimated co-payment will be due at the time service is rendered. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
